Directions

Day 1-5 - Apply Muscle & Joint Therapeutic Patch. Wear for 8-12 hours then discard paste.

Day 6 and on - Apply a Recovery Cream until your supply runs out.

During the recovery process it is good to do some light stretching as long as it isn't painful. Once you begin to regain mobility and pain lessens, begin developing strength.
